Cascading Flowers

I'm back again.... told you I was on a crafty roll  :0)
The Runway Inspired challenge photo caught my eye this week with the bold brights against the black dress and this card idea popped into my head

Having found the right coloured card I just punched out one style of flower in two sizes and instead of planning I started randomly sticking them down and then added a few raised and shaped blooms to give a little dimension.
You can just about make out the small black flowers towards the base of the card as the cascade dwindles.... this was another 'outside photo needed' card !!!

I had to laugh at some of your comments  about our eventful day yesterday.... seriously, those days are few and far between and today has been just like normal apart from my lack of wheels, yep hubby's car broke down last night and it's now languishing at a garage waiting for a new fuel pump to arrive and be fitted! Probably wont get it back until Thursday so the next two days are going to be fun and games whilst he uses mine instead.... best find that bike of mine and see what state the tyres are in or should I dig out my old roller boots!! now that would be a sight for sore eyes and a sore bum for me no doubt ;0)

Thanks for looking :0)

  3. I wish I had your kind of thoughts popping into my brain! What a beautiful and dramatic cascade of flowers.

My daughter was a bit bored this afternoon and in an effort to cheer her up I suggested we do something together. She said roller blades and I said skipping! Skipping it was but what a sight to see me jumping up and down in the back garden! However no bruised bots!! x

  25. Oh WOW Jenny, this is just stunning! Absolutely love it!

Re the chicken pox - things have probably not changed that much, it's just me being overly cautious... hubby's mum is being treated for cancer and it's so dangerous for her to be exposed to it - I can't help worrying that we might make someone really ill without realising it. So for this week I'm parking at the top of the school field and Morgan walks up to meet us, just so I can limit the amount of people I need to feel paranoid about! Now you know what a looper I am lol! Lisa x
