Computer Says....?

Hellooo :)

I'm over on the Seven Hills Crafts blog today with a simple interactive card using the Blogging Buddies stamp set... I've had this idea kicking around in my head ever since I saw a similar graphic printed onto a T-shirt...

I'm glad I went with the concentric circle background.... it sort of looks right with the computer and draws your eye to the images. When you pull the tab the task bar fills with colour...

and on the inside the birthday message has loaded...

I have a couple of photos over on the Seven Hills Crafts blog showing how I constructed the simple pull tab mechanism if you are interested... its exactly the same way I made the interactive part for my Smoothie card back at the end of May :)

Lucky Me

Hello... I'm back again so soon!!

I seem to be on a Wplus9 roll at the moment! I pulled my copics out to colour these little dogs and put them into a scene on this card.....

I've used a MFT wall stencil for the backdrop...seemed more appropriate for a couple of mutts somehow! I haven't got the dies for this set so I decided to add the flowers to the pups paw before trimming him out and I used the knuckle end of the bone image in the set to give him a pad to hold the flowers in...

Christmas Robins

Hi there :)

Yep... I'm getting into the Christmas groove over on the Seven Hills blog today..... these chubby little birds from All Year Cheer made me think of jolly little robins straight away ;)

I stamped and trimmed them out with scissors so I could pop them onto the branch with a snowy sky behind them.... I think I'll be making a few more of these this year although I'm not ready to start my serious Christmas crafting quite yet!! I used a sentiment from the Hero Arts Merry Cactus to You because it seemed to fit with these little cuties and the font was a good match too :)
