It's half term week so life is quite busy here!
I'm popping by with a couple of colourful Autumn cards.... I love all the
bright colours showing in the leaves this time of year,
great excuse to do some water colouring :)
I've used the Wplus9 Woodland Basics dies
again and die cut lots of leaves from a couple of water coloured panels...
I think it's easier to get a random mix and blend of colours doing it that way round :)
What better way to display them than in a wreath...
oh those colours look gorgeous
and maybe a little more vivid than you'd actually find!!
I didn't want to waste the leftover water coloured card panel so
I used a section in a frame and embellished it with extra leaves and an acorn..
There are more details about these cards
over on the Seven Hills Blog this week here if you're curious.
Thanks for stopping by :)

so darn beautiful and clever (I think that's the word that I always say when I see your designs, but honestly it's so true)!
ReplyDeleteJenny, your brilliantly colored leaves make an outstanding fall wreath, but when I saw what you did with the left-over die cut paper, my hat flew off to you! Genius, pure and simple, just genius!! We all wish we could squeeze out every last morsel and you've found a perfect way to do that!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteHa, Darnell just said what I was about to, Jenny! Luscious rich colours and texture on that gorgeous autumn wreath ... and then you went and created another beauty with the 'leftovers' ... clever and so equally gorgeous! Hugs, Anita :)
ReplyDeletesuper joli, biz
ReplyDeletetwo beauties, Jenny, and I especially love the way you used the left over watercolor panel. It's definitely too gorgeous to waste!
