Photo Booth Gang

Here's a happy gang.... looks like they had some fun in the photo booth!!

I knew as soon as I got hold of the photo booth strip die that these
Mama Elephant images would look great in the square spaces....
just a good job they were the correct size 😉

I used sentiments from the same set and embossed one along the bottom of the strip.

The background was fun to make by sponging ink through various sizes
of circles and then adding sparkles in the same colour.

I can honestly say I've never had a good photo from a booth.... clearly you need
to be mucking about and having a laugh for the best results 😄

Thanks for stopping by :)

Graduation Legs

Over at Seven Hills Crafts there's a new stamp company in town and they're brand new
to the UK too!! The Colorado Craft Company have a line of stamps called Lovely Legs
which, as the name suggests, focus the artwork on the legs of people at occasions or in
situations for your cardmaking needs. It's a great concept and I hope the range
increases to encompass hobbies too....
I quite literally hope they run with it... hahaha .. great pun 😂🙄

I've used the Graduation set as I like the non 'cutsey' style for this occasion and
you have both male and female images in the set

I watercoloured this card and was even brave enough to add my own
background, the flower border was inspired by the formal gardens in Bath
where we took photos after our own daughters Graduation.

For this card I decided to go monochrome and try a sepia style with Polychrome pencils..

I love the layered rectangles for a classy elegant look!

They're a great range of stamps and definitely worth checking out
especially now they're available in the UK at Seven Hills Crafts...

Hap-pea Birthday

Today I have happy peas to share with you... in fact they're jumping for joy!!
I love this new set from Lawn Fawn, lots of face options and if you don't want to
colour the peas you can use a solid stamp in the set, which I did here, and used
two shades of green ink...

I used a large Lawn Fawn alpha for the letters

Wasn't sure what to do in the background so I went with a green wall in the end..
hey what can I say, they're urban peas 😂

More details can be found on my DT blog post over at Seven Hills crafts HERE

Thanks for stopping by :)
