And they Call it Puppy Love...

Hi there, I'm a bit of a sporadic blogger aren't I!!

I thought I'd pop by with a couple of 'Love' themed cards which both feature mans best friend.... well you probably guessed that from the post title 😁... and I bet you'll be humming that song all day too!!!

I love the long dog in this Waffleflower set and the sentiment inspired me to concertina fold him so I could make a simple slider card and stretch him out to fit the words :)

I have a few extra photos on my Seven Hills Crafts blog post here, roughly showing how I assembled the basic mechanism if you're interested.
I love the bold fun style of this card..... my kinda valentines!! :)

Quite a different look for this next card... I was inspired to use my Inktense pencils which haven't been used for a few months. These pups turned out quite well so they made it onto a card...

I love these Reverse confetti sets illustrated by Dawn Machell, the images are so lovely to colour with any medium.
I painted the large heart shape onto stamp packaging before transferring it onto the water colour card... this gave me a more natural edge that I could never achieve with a brush, I'd faff to much!!

Thanks for stopping by :)
Jenny x
