It seems we've swapped the cold and frosty for the wet and windy weather here in the UK ....ideal for staying in and crafting but unfortunately the ironing pile has other ideas!! :0(
Before I cave in to the laundry I thought I'd add my Saturday morning DT card at Make the Day Special to this weeks gallery at CAS(e) this Sketch and Less is More which is a theme week 'Frame It'. It's not often that the card-making gods come together and my card fits the LiM challenge too.... well I think it does???.....
There is a frame there... it's just set lower than the centre panel,
here's a side shot to show you...
Just to let you know the latest release from Avery Elle
has arrived at Make the Day Special
and are available here
That's all from me, I'm off to do combat with creases and wrinkles!!
Thanks for looking :0)

ReplyDeleteI love that it's an inside out frame Jenny and the flowers are gorgeous! Thinking outside the box is not a skill of mine so my card will be a bog standard framed image:) Yes, I am def planning on going to Ally Pally, I've missed out on two SU extravaganza days at my sister's craft club in Somerset and am champing at the bit for a bit of crafting retail therapy:) ~It would be great to meet up for lunch again? Let me know which day you are going.

I don't get particularly inspired by bedding or inspiration photos. I do, however, get incredibly inspired by your work!! With all of the color and detail in your panel - I love that you framed it with the same color and detail! The simple blue banner stands out perfectly!! Thanks for joining us at CAS(E) this Sketch!
ReplyDeleteI love your contemporary design and the stamping is perfect as are the colours.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Love the way you popped up the centre panel and the colours are so fun! I totally do that when I'm out and about - everything is card related! Give some ear scratches to the Terror for me! :)
ReplyDeleteOh fantastic inspiration from that bedding! I do indeed think thoughts like that while out and about ... we're all a little crazy : ) Love how your frame is not on top of your panel, and the white sentiment. Very fresh!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous mini panel, love the way you did the frame :) Thanks for playing this week at CAS(E) this Sketch!
