You're The Bomb!!

Hi Folks, It's been a crazy busy week here which is why Friday has rushed around again so quickly and along with it a new challenge at CASual Fridays and this time we have a colour theme to spark your creativity :0)

We have a new sponsor this week... Neat and Tangled Stamps
Danielle Walls is the designer and owner of this new stamp company, see her cute hand-drawn stamps here,  our Facebook team where generously given a set to play with so don't forget to check out there daily inspiration this week :0)

I've gone extremely CAS with my card, even-so, it took me a while to make as the mojo seems to be ebbing away at the moment!!

The stamps are from There She Goes and I've popped up the word 'BOMB' so I could tuck the actual bomb slightly behind it. It's just a small card because the images aren't big and I just love these cute square,  textured cards :0)
**********

If you visit my blog regularly you'll have noticed the reduced number of blog posts this past month!!
Well it seems the school holidays and transition from school to University and all it entails are keeping me busy, leaving no time for blogging and crafting apart from DT stuff :0(
I'm hoping that by October things will be more settled although I'm not sure how all these changes will suit James...... he's going to miss not having his big sister around when she goes to Uni, he had a few weeks to get used to it in the holidays when Hannah went travelling and he coped quite well so fingers crossed for an eleven week term!!

Anyhow, in the meantime .... I'll enjoy seeing where this colour theme takes you....what will you choose to go with black and white??

Thanks for looking :0)

Jenny x

  3. One of my favourite TSG sets - just featuring the two bits really works brilliantly on the little card.
Hope things start to settle down and that Hannah settles into Uni life well (and James copes without her)

  12. What a cool little card you've created, Jen! Don't worry about blogging as you make your way through these big life changes for yourself and the kids. We'll be here and be grateful for the times when you can pop back in. Hope it all goes smoothly for all of you.

  20. Adjusting isn't easy...I can SO relate right now! It's hard to try & do everything :/ There may be fewer posts but they are all wonderful, so if we must sacrifice quantity for quality, so be it :) Love this, by the way, and popping up the BOMB is a brilliant touch!
